FINANCIAL LITERACY
What is Financial Literacy and why should we educate ourselves and children on Financial Literacy?
Well, financial literacy is not just money management, but it is the skills and habits develop by oneself to make better decisions, analyzing and controlling behaviors.
Financial literacy for youth, building habits start at a young age, this is why it is critical to expose our youth so they can start building these habits. Surveys conducted have found that families do not conversate about money in the home yet talk about managing it. A child's first exposure and understanding of how to manage money is at home, this is where the habits are being formed. Getting your child/children involve in a financial literacy program at an early age can help them to build good habits, make better decisions, money management for youth to better manage their finances which can lead to wealthy life style.
Surveys conducted among different ethnic backgrounds, have shown that minorities are least educated on financial literacy, spends the most money, saves and invest the least amount of money, has no retirement savings. Over time, if minorities continue to not seek or lack in education on financial literacy the wealth gap will widen. Though the population within this group will increase, their wealth will not increase.

Our History
WWgenz Inc is a 501 (c) (3) Nonprofit organization founded by Accountants. Individuals who understand the importance of providing financial literacy to the youth in Low income and minority communities.
WWgenZ Inc seeks to open the minds of the younger generation on financial literacy within minority communities. We formed our organization to give them an equal opportunity to begin their financial life. This organization will equip youth with the basic tools of financial education, allowing them to become monetarily savvy to make better and informed decisions. We've consistently seen the lack of financial education in our schools and huge mistakes made by our young adults because lack of financial literacy.

WWgenZ Inc is focused on making our youth financially savvy. Our mission is to inspire children with essential financial literacy skills that build a foundation for lifelong success. Through engaging, age-appropriate education, games and activities, we aim to nurture responsible money habits, critical thinking and a sense of empowerment in managing their personal finances.
We strive to create a world where every child understands the value of money, saving, budgeting and investing, unlocking their potential to make informed financial decisions and achieve their dreams.

Our Team
Our amazing team of Accountants is constantly revising our curriculum to include the everyday changes in the finance world to help our youth become well verse in understanding finance. As we understand one financial plan does not suit everyone. Our regulars and part-time volunteers are committed to helping others in the community. We take our convictions and turn them into action.
